Please read these terms carefully before using ParkME.
1. Agreement
By accessing or using ParkME, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. The service
ParkME helps users discover parking lots, view indicative availability and hourly prices, and open directions in third-party map applications. ParkME does not guarantee a space will be available at arrival unless a separate booking feature is explicitly offered.
3. Accounts
Owner and administrator accounts must use accurate information. You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of unauthorized access.
4. User conduct
You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, scrape data at scale, interfere with sensors or APIs, or use the service for unlawful purposes.
5. Parking operators
Operators are responsible for the accuracy of lot information, pricing, capacity, and compliance with local regulations. ParkME provides tools to publish information but does not operate parking facilities.
6. Payments
Unless otherwise stated, payment for parking occurs on-site or through methods supported by the lot operator. ParkME display prices are informational snapshots and may change.
7. Third-party services
Maps, analytics, and translation features may be provided by third parties subject to their own terms. ParkME is not responsible for third-party outages or policies.
8. Intellectual property
ParkME branding, software, and content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy or redistribute materials except as permitted by law or with our written consent.
9. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ParkME and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from use of the service.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify ParkME against claims arising from your misuse of the service or violation of these terms, to the extent permitted by law.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or to protect the platform. You may stop using the service at any time.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ethiopia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory local consumer protections apply.
14. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms posted on this page.
